We bill in 15 minute increments after the first hour.

Additional Information
The basic service call is a minimum charge. It is charged whether
the job takes a full hour or less. It also does not include tax and any
parts needed to complete the repair. Parts and tax are always extra.
Payment is due in full upon completion of work. If
payment is not made upon completion of work, a $15.00 late charge will be
accessed to the invoice, if it is not received in a timely manner.
Most computer repairs can be fixed within the first hour. If parts are
needed to complete the repair, availability of parts will depend on when the job
is completed.
In some cases it will be necessary to take the unit back to our shop for repair,
such as problems that are intermittent.
